Weighted by tickets
One winner per epoch, picked by weighted random draw. More tickets = more chance. Every ticket can win.

Extra tickets
Extras get more expensive: 1–10 cost 1,000 $ZPOT each, 11–50 cost 2,000, 51+ cost 4,000. Spent $ZPOT feeds the pot.
The burn
Every epoch permanently destroys 2% of the pot. It leaves the system: no treasury, no team wallet, no buyback.
